Stagnate energy in and around the body that is not released can contribute to dis-ease and illness. Various influences of energy blockages may include, physical injury or trauma, physical, mental and emotional pain or spiritual disconnection.
Working with Reiki energy, Fee connects with the individual and her intuitive abilities to identify blockages that require clearing, allowing vibrant new Life Force Energy to flow.

Breathwork
Your breath is life! Each inhale and exhale of breath is an exchange of oxygen, of energy that impacts your overall state of being.
Are you aware of your breath, and how your body is reacting in various situations? Are you conscious of the way you breathe?
Breathwork is a dedicated practice for you to become consciously aware of your breathing. A practice to assist in regulating the nervous system, supporting you to switch from your fight or flight mode (sympathetic nervous system) to your rest and digest mode (parasympathetic nervous system). Conscious connected breathing allows for you to release stored energy and emotions through the body, assisting you on a physical level, emotional, mental and also spiritual level. Conscious connected breathwork allows you to become fully present with yourself, all through the power of the breath.
